Shipping policy
Order processing. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping options. At checkout you can choose the shipping speed that works best for you. Estimated delivery after processing:
- Express — 3-6 business days
- Standard — 5-8 business days
- Economy — 8-15 business days (ships from our overseas fulfillment center; lower cost, longer transit)
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the option you choose. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Fulfillment. Depending on the product and the shipping option you select, your order may ship from a United States or an overseas (China) fulfillment center. Faster options generally ship domestically; the Economy option generally ships from overseas.
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.
Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Duties & taxes. For orders shipped from overseas, any applicable import duties are covered by us — you will not be asked to pay extra fees upon delivery.
Delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at quriov@outlook.com within 30 days and we will help resolve it.
