Refund policy
Returns. We want you to love your Quriov products. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
How to start a return. Email us at quriov@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will respond with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 30 days if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to post.
Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
Non-returnable items. Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
