Quriov 支持中心
开始之前:两个前提
第一版是免费的测试版本。它不是一个装上就能用的独立 App,你需要:
- 一个 Codex 账号 —— App 里前台的语音小艾走的是 GPT Voice,所以 Codex 账号是必需的。(你也可以同时接 Claude Code、用语音操作它,但 Codex 是前提。)
- 一台 Mac,上面装着 Claude Code 或 Codex,并让 Quriov 在电脑上跑着 —— 手机上的小艾靠它去到模型那一侧。
这一版不收钱:你用你自己的 Codex 账号和你自己的 API key。以后我们可能会提供由 Quriov 承担的选项,那会是可选的。
怎么用(三步)
第 1 步 · 准备 Codex 账号
在你的 Mac 上装好 Codex 并登录,确认你能正常使用它。这一步跟 Quriov 无关,但它是前提——没有它,后面两步做完了也唤不起小艾。

第 2 步 · 在电脑上装好 Quriov
- 先在这台 Mac 上装好 Node 24 或更新的版本;
- 把我们给出的那段话(正文定稿时填)复制给你电脑上的 Codex(或 Claude Code),它会自动把 Quriov 装好。
装完,电脑屏幕上会出现一个二维码,下面还有同一段连接码的文字。第 3 步用手机扫那个二维码就行;不方便扫的话,把那段文字复制下来粘进手机也一样。
电脑上的 Quriov 跑着的时候才能唤醒小艾。合上盖子、Mac 睡眠或把它关掉,手机这边就会显示需要重新连接。
第 3 步 · 在手机上扫码,也可粘贴
- 打开 App,进入 我 → 连接我的电脑;
- 点「扫一扫电脑上的二维码」,把电脑屏幕上那个二维码对进框里——扫上就自动连好了;
- 不方便扫(比如没给相机权限、手边只有那段文字)就用下面那一行:把第 2 步的连接码粘进去,再点保存。
配完之后回到「今日」页,语音卡片的状态会从「去设置」变成「小艾待机」——这时就可以说话了。
第 4 步(可选)· 连接眼镜
我 → 眼镜 → 打开蓝牙 → 搜索并选择你的 Quriov 眼镜。连上之后,语音对话会自动改用眼镜的麦克风和喇叭。没有眼镜就跳过这一步,应用照常使用。
第 5 步(可选)· 打开「小艾记得」
「小艾记得」默认不启用。要用它,在 我 → 高级 里填入你自己的模型 API key(目前对应 DeepSeek):
- 填了 → 功能启用:聊天中提到的长期事实(称呼、口味、作息、你对小艾的长期要求),小艾会在会话结束后提炼成一句话记下来;
- 不填 → 功能就不启用,App 的其他部分照常。
你的 key 只保存在这台设备的系统钥匙串里,不会上传到 Quriov。提炼的时候,会把当次对话的转写发给这把 key 对应的服务,拿回一句话就结束。

常见问题
Q:为什么需要一台 Mac? A:这一版的小艾不是独立跑在手机上的。手机负责说和听,真正干活的模型会话由你自己 Mac 上的 Quriov 发起——这样你的对话走的是你自己的 Codex 账号,而不是我们代付,音频也不经过 Quriov 的服务器。代价就是:电脑上的 Quriov 没跑着,小艾就唤不起来。以后会不会有不需要电脑的形态,是后面版本的事,这一版没有。
Q:一定要 Codex 账号吗?能只用 Claude Code 吗? A:一定要。前台的语音小艾用的是 GPT Voice,Codex 账号是必然的前提。你可以在有 Codex 的基础上再接 Claude Code、用语音去操作它,但不能只有 Claude Code。
Q:API key 填在哪儿?一定要填吗? A:我 → 高级。不是必填——不填,「小艾记得」就不启用,其他功能照常。填了就启用。key 只存在你手机的系统钥匙串里,只在提炼记忆那一步用来调用它对应的服务。
Q:要花钱吗? A:这个 App 这一版不收费,里面没有任何内购。你付的是你自己那边的账:Codex 账号,以及(如果你开了「小艾记得」)你自己那把 API key 的用量。
Q:必须注册 Quriov 账号吗? A:不必须,而且这一版根本没有 Quriov 账号 —— 应用里没有注册,也没有登录。你需要的两样东西是自己的 Codex 账号和一台跑着 Quriov 的 Mac(见页首),都不是我们这边的账号。
Q:小艾听不到我说话 / 一直转圈
- 先看「今日」页显示的是「小艾待机」还是「去设置」。显示「去设置」= 还没连上你的电脑,回到上面第 2、3 步;
- 确认电脑上的 Quriov 还在跑(没睡眠、没被关掉),必要时把上面第 2 步那段话再发给 Codex 一次,拿到新的二维码重新扫一遍(或把新的连接码粘一遍);
- 检查系统设置里 Quriov 的麦克风权限是否打开;
- 若连着眼镜,先断开眼镜再试一次,判断是眼镜链路还是手机链路的问题;
- 换 Wi-Fi 或蜂窝网各试一次。
Q:锁屏之后小艾会断吗? A:会话进行中不会——应用在有音频活动时会保持在后台。完全没有会话时应用会正常挂起以省电,此时的提醒通过系统推送送达。
Q:眼镜连不上
- 确认眼镜已开机且电量充足;
- 系统设置里打开蓝牙,并允许 Quriov 使用蓝牙;
- 在「我 → 眼镜」里重新搜索;
- 仍不行:重启眼镜,再重启应用。
Q:「小艾记得」记错了怎么办? A:在记忆页把那条删掉。删掉之后小艾不会再把同一句话记回来。你也可以直接对小艾说「以后别再……」,它会作为一条长期纠正记下来。
Q:我的语音会被保存吗? A:我们的服务器不保存音频,也不保存转写。详见隐私政策。
Q:怎么删除我的全部数据? A:记忆可在应用内清空;API key 可在「我 → 高级」里清掉(即从钥匙串移除);卸载应用会删除全部本地数据。这一版没有 Quriov 账号,所以我们这边也没有你的账号数据要删(见隐私政策 1.4)。
Q:支持哪些系统版本 / 机型? A:iOS 16.0 或更新版本的 iPhone。
Q:支持 iPad 吗? A:这一版不支持,只支持 iPhone。

Quriov Support
Before you start: two prerequisites
This first release is a free preview. It is not a standalone app you install and use — you also need:
- A Codex account. The voice assistant in the app speaks through GPT Voice, so a Codex account is required. (You can also connect Claude Code and drive it by voice, but Codex comes first.)
- A Mac with Quriov running on it. Your phone does the speaking and listening; Quriov on your Mac runs the actual model session.
This preview is free: you use your own Codex account and your own API key. A Quriov-hosted option may come later, and it will be optional.
How to use it (three steps)
Step 1 · Get a Codex account ready
Install Codex on your Mac, sign in, and confirm it works. This has nothing to do with Quriov, but it is a prerequisite — without it, the other two steps will not wake Xiao Ai.

Step 2 · Install Quriov on your Mac
- Install Node 24 or newer on that Mac;
- Copy the paragraph we provide (filled in at sign-off) to Codex (or Claude Code) on your computer — it installs Quriov for you.
When it is done, a QR code appears on the computer screen, with the same pairing code in text underneath. Scan the QR code with your phone in step 3, or copy that text and paste it in instead.
Xiao Ai can only be woken while Quriov is running on your computer. Close the lid, let the Mac sleep, or quit it, and the phone will ask you to reconnect.
Step 3 · Scan the code on your phone
- Open the app and go to Me → Connect my computer;
- Tap Scan and point the phone at the QR code from step 2 — if scanning does not work, paste the pairing code text instead;
- Save.
Back on the Today screen, the voice card changes from "Go to settings" to "standby" — now you can speak.
Step 4 (optional) · Connect the glasses
Me → Glasses → turn on Bluetooth → scan and pick your Quriov glasses. Once connected, voice conversations use the glasses microphone and speaker. Skip this if you have no glasses; everything else works.
Step 5 (optional) · Turn on "Xiao Ai Remembers"
Memory is off by default. To enable it, enter your own model API key under Me → Advanced (today this means a DeepSeek key):
- Key entered → the feature turns on: long-term facts you mention (what to call you, food preferences, routines, standing instructions) are distilled into one sentence after a session and kept;
- No key → the feature simply stays off; the rest of the app is unaffected.
Your key is stored only in this device's system Keychain and is never uploaded to Quriov. When a memory is distilled, that one session's transcript is sent to the service your key belongs to, and the round ends when the sentence comes back.

FAQ
Q: Why do I need a Mac? A: In this release Xiao Ai does not run on the phone alone. The phone speaks and listens; the actual model session is started by Quriov running on your own Mac. That means your conversations run on your Codex account rather than on ours, and the audio never passes through Quriov's servers. The trade-off: if Quriov is not running on your computer, Xiao Ai cannot be woken. Whether a computer-free shape arrives later is a question for later versions — it is not in this one.
Q: Do I really need Codex? Can I use Claude Code only? A: Codex is required. The voice assistant speaks through GPT Voice, so a Codex account is a prerequisite. On top of that you can also connect Claude Code and drive it by voice — but not Claude Code alone.
Q: Where do I put my API key? Is it required? A: Me → Advanced. It is optional — without a key, "Xiao Ai Remembers" stays off and everything else works. With a key, it turns on. The key lives only in your phone's system Keychain and is used only for the distillation call to the service it belongs to.
Q: Does it cost anything? A: This release of the app is free and contains no in-app purchases. What you pay for is on your side: your Codex account, and — if you enabled memory — usage on your own API key.
Q: Do I need a Quriov account? A: No — this release has no Quriov account at all: there is no registration and no sign-in in the app. The two things you do need are your own Codex account and a Mac with Quriov running on it (see the top of this page); neither is an account with us.
Q: Xiao Ai cannot hear me / it keeps spinning
- Check whether the Today screen says "standby" or "Go to settings". "Go to settings" means your computer is not connected yet — go back to steps 2 and 3;
- Confirm Quriov is still running on your Mac (not asleep, not quit); if needed, run the install command again on your computer to get a fresh pairing code and paste it in again;
- Check the microphone permission for Quriov in iOS Settings;
- If glasses are connected, disconnect them and retry to isolate the link;
- Try once on Wi-Fi and once on cellular.
Q: Does Xiao Ai disconnect when the screen locks? A: Not during an active session — the app stays alive in the background while audio is flowing. With no session it suspends normally to save battery, and reminders arrive as system notifications.
Q: The glasses will not connect
- Make sure they are powered on and charged;
- Turn on Bluetooth and allow Quriov to use it;
- Rescan from Me → Glasses;
- Still stuck: restart the glasses, then the app.
Q: Xiao Ai remembered something wrong A: Delete that entry on the memory screen. It will not come back. You can also just tell Xiao Ai "from now on, don't…", which is stored as a standing correction.
Q: Is my voice stored? A: Our servers store no audio and no transcripts. See the privacy policy.
Q: How do I delete everything? A: Clear memories in the app; clear your API key under Me → Advanced (that removes it from the Keychain); uninstalling removes all local data. This release has no Quriov account, so there is no account data of yours on our side to delete (see privacy policy 1.4).
Q: Which iOS versions and devices are supported? A: iPhone running iOS 16.0 or later.
Q: Is iPad supported? A: Not in this release — iPhone only.
